Soccer Shots Classic utilizes creative and imaginative games to focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting.

We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork and appreciation.

Q – What happens if there is inclement weather? How will I know what the delay/make-up plan will be?

At preschools, it depends on if it is an after school program or during school program. Whether during or after school, we usually add a week to the current schedule. it's the easiest. If it's during school, we will contact you via email/text with the new end date. If after school, we may need to cancel/postpone earlier in the day so you have time to adjust your schedule for pick up. Please observe whatever your preschool director requires though. This is a one-size-fits-all doc.

Q – I’ve missed a session or two for vacation, sickness, or a family emergency. Can I make up for the missed session?

Absolutely! You are welcome to join us at one of our park programs in the evenings or Saturday mornings. We publish a make-up calendar each season. 

Q – When do I pay the registration fee?

Our enrollment fee renews each year based on your original enrollment date. The enrollment fee triggers the shipment of your child’s new jersey. If you’ve lost your child’s jersey or if your child has outgrown his/her jersey, you can purchase a new one.

Q – When will my child receive his/her jersey?

Youth jerseys are distributed once per enrollment year and are included in the enrollment cost, regardless of the number of seasons you sign your child up for within that year.

Jerseys are distributed via mail and addressed to the child. You will receive tracking information once the jersey has shipped to your address.

Please understand that if you enroll within two weeks of the season start date, your child is not guaranteed to receive their jersey before the first session.

If you have any questions about your child’s youth jersey shipment or would like to exchange sizes, please contact shipping@soccershots.com.

Q – What happens if my child’s jersey does not fit when it arrives?

If you need to exchange your child’s jerseys for a different size, please contact shipping@soccershots.com. Please provide your name, your child’s name, your shipping address, the size you received, and the size you are requesting. You will receive a response within 1 business day. Please note jerseys must be in new condition with the tag still attached to be accepted as a return.

Q – Can my child be in the same class as a friend or sibling?

Yes, as much as this is in our control due to class times/ages. Please include the sibling or friend in the question box prompted at enrollment.

Q – What equipment does my child need?

Your child’s coach will provide all the equipment needed for each session! Your child should wear activity-appropriate clothing. Cleats and shin guards are not necessary. (Ages 6-8 will scrimmage so you may want them to wear shin guards).
